No; Unfortunately, at the moment, we do not offer customization.
Our necklaces and bracelets are unique sizes. However, all of them have a chain extension (except elastic string bracelet) to make sure it will fit. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us for any adjustment.

Yes! Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number, so you can monitor its progress. You can track your order via the Australia Post website or the relevant courier if shipping internationally.

At this stage, we do not offer any exchanges. If you want to exchange, we recommend returning the unused, unworn, and undamaged items and requesting a refund, and then re-ordering.
