1. Shipping Locations
We are proud to offer both domestic and international shipping.
Domestic Shipping: We ship to all states and territories across Australia.
International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to the following countries:
- Oceania: New Zealand.
- Asia: China, Japan, South-Korea, Singapore, Hong-Kong and Indonesia.
- Africa: South Africa.
- Middle East: UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Israel and Saudi-Arabia.
- Europe: most countries.
- North America: USA and Canada.
All parcels are sent from Sydney – New South Wales, Australia.
2. Shipping Times and Costs
We aim to process all orders within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. After processing, delivery times will vary based on your location. Regarding shipping costs, they are calculated based on the delivery address and shipping method (standard or express) selected at checkout.
MIDNIGHT SUN JEWELLERY offers free standard shipping for all order from $250AUD in Australia and New Zealand, and over $300AUD for all other countries.
Please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply, depending on the destination country's regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email from us. You can use this tracking number to monitor your order's progress through the relevant courier’s website. For domestic and international orders, we typically use Australia Post.
4. Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We cannot be responsible for any delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you notice an error with your shipping details, please contact us immediately at contact@midnightsunjewellery.com to update your information before your order is shipped.
5. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods, such as holiday seasons.
6. Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed or you believe it has been lost, please contact us at contact@midnightsunjewellery.com. We’ll work with you to resolve any delivery issues. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for delays or lost items once the package has been handed over to the courier.
7. Customs Duties and Taxes (For International Orders)
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information regarding potential fees before making a purchase.
8. Returns
We want you to love your jewellery, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we can offer returns on unused, unworn items within 30 days of receiving your order (only applicable to Australia). Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
