1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
We ONLY acce4pt returns within Australia. This concerns unused, unworn, and undamaged items, and within 30 days of receiving your order.
If your jewellery arrives damaged or defective, you may request a full refund or replacement by contacting us within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. How to Return an Item
To request a return or replacement, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email us at contact@midnightsunjewellery.com within:
Packaging: Once your return is approved, securely pack the item in its original condition and packaging (including gift boxes, pouches, etc.).
Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage until your return is received.
MIDNIGHT SUN JEWELLERY is not responsible for lost or unreceived returns.
Refund/Replacement Processing: Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Replacements for damaged or defective items will be shipped once we receive and verify the returned item.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and confirmed to be in its original condition (unused, unworn, and undamaged), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
- Processing Time: Refunds may take several business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at contact@midnightsunjewellery.com, including clear photos of the damage or defect.
We will arrange a free return and offer either a refund or replacement.
